This whole ebay thing...

So Mrs. H told me that we cant afford a new gun for me... =(

My solution? Well, if there is some of my stuff I am willing to part with (extra stuff I dont / wont use) then I could sell it! I like it right? Well out of the like 30 things I have, only 1 has sold thus far. This sucks!

If everything sells I can buy the Remington 770 30-06 I want but if it doesnt then I am out of luck. I guess its just aggravating, I get all these people who look at it with a few watchers on items and no one is buying!

I am not asking outragous prices I am just asking a fair price after shipping is paid it is still a very fair price. Like I said, THIS SUCKS.

Its December 13th...

Well 9 days from today I am out of the Marine Corps, and in 18 days Mrs. H and I are on a plane and off this rock. Its very bitter sweet, I've made a lot of good friends in the Marine Corps (many of which have already moved on) however at the same there are many people out here who I will more than glad I will never see or deal with again.

I know Mrs. H is upset because a few weeks ago Mrs. G left and headed home to Wisc., and yesterday Mrs. S and baby Liam headed home for a couple of months (before which we leave, so who knows if we will see her again).

Rough couple of weeks coming with non-stop working to get everything done. We'll see what happens.

Missin' it all...

Well today I watched Sarah Palin's Alaska and Bama Belles. Mrs. H and I always watch Sarah Palin's Alaska, we love that show. It was nice to see them huntin' on the episode today ironically on this Bama Belles (new show to us) they were too...However you dont want to get me started on this Bama Belles show, I dont like it. I dont think Mrs. H does either. Anyway, it just makes me want to be out of Hawaii already so I can be back huntin', fishin', and enjoying life. Either way it is what it is, and soon enough we will be back. Unfortunately we can't be fully into the swing of things until Mrs. H and I get a house together, and by that time Im sure she will be pregnant. Either way, soon enough. . . or not soon enough.

I'll be your huckleberry.

Oh the past couple 'o days...
Before I give you that let me give you a preface. Mrs. H and I are moving out of Hawaii soon, getting out of the military.
So because of everything going on with the move and preparing to get everything done, Mrs. H and I are at our witts end. She is as angry and agitated as me. So everything anyone does is guessed, second guessed, scrutinized and discussed. Its almost comical how it has come to this. I hate to say it but I knew it was coming, it is just another test of our love and we will make it through it with flying colors.

On another note...I can not believe my wife (Mrs. H) didnt know the saying "I'll be your huckleberry" amazing to me. I love Doc Holiday and all my ole' west history. So for anyone out there with a problem I'll tell you now,

I'LL BE YOUR HUCKLEBERRY.

USMC life today....

First off let me begin by saying, I know that I am not usually grammatically correct and I miss spell things very frequently. THANK YOU FOLKS FOR POINTING THAT OUT! =)
It says "Redneck Romeo" NOT "English Romeo" haha...ok with that said moving on.

I think that it is funny how the Marine Corps works...
You get to the fleet, you are a "boot" you do all the crappy work. Just like joining a new job at entry level.
You go on one deployment. You are in charge of the "boots" usually still at the working parties just "Supervising"
You go on two deployments. You tell the people with one deployment to go to this working party and supervise and to take all the "boots"
So on and so forth...
HOWEVER.........when your battalion leaves and it is just "two (or three) pump chumps" (2 or 3 deployment Marines) it is a CRY fest over these same working parties. GET OVER IT, we all get out of the Marine Corps in less than a month. Are you going to tell me that our lives are so hard now that doing 4 hours of work for someone else is beneath you? Life will suck for you as a civilian. Idiots...

Sorry that was my rant. People drive me crazy.

New to blogging....

So if the title didn't give it away I am new to blogging but I figured I might's well give it a try. I know my wife (Mrs. H) has been doing it for awhile and she likes it.

Anyway, well I am Bub, my wife is Mrs. H (or just H), my best friend is Jon (with his wife Mrs. R) and we all live in Hawaii...for now. See I've lived in Hawaii for almost 4 years while on Active Duty in the United States Marine Corps, my time is nearing to a close and Mrs. H and I will be moving on going back to the mainland and after visiting her family and my family (which we have not been able to see for about a 1 1/2 years respectively) we're moving down to North Georgia only a few hours from where we first met (Knoxville, Tenn.)

A little bit more about my wife and I, we are Conservative Republicans Christians. I vote for Sarah, John, and George. I know not everyone reading this will agree and everyone is entitled to their opinion but I have mine and that's the way it is. I've deployed to both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, I love my job as an Infantryman in the Corps, however it is time for me to move on and for Mrs. H and I to start a real life outside the military.

Just for a moment I am going to talk about my best friend Jon, he is obviously also a United States Marine however because I am getting out the U.S.M.C. I did not go on this current deployment to Afghanistan however he did. So currently he is gone and I wont see him again for quiet some time, even after he gets back because Mrs.R and Jon will still be in Hawaii a bit longer.

I hope soon enough to have my site completely finished (as Mrs. H works on it for me!) and I will try to continue writing on her about my everyday life, thoughts and concerns.
